Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with LXPERFUME. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, prepare, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
By placing an order with LXPERFUME, you agree to the shipping terms listed below.
1. Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing time is the time needed to verify the order, prepare the product, package the item, create the shipping label, and hand the package to the shipping carrier.
Processing time is separate from delivery time. Delivery time begins after the shipping carrier accepts the package.
During holidays, high order volume, promotions, product launches, weather disruptions, inventory delays, carrier delays, or unexpected business interruptions, processing may take longer than usual.
If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
2. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that your order was received, but it does not mean the order has shipped.
Please review your order confirmation carefully, including your name, shipping address, email address, product selection, and order details.

We will do our best to update the order before fulfillment begins, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has started processing.
3. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your package.
Please allow time for the shipping carrier to scan and update tracking information. Tracking may not update immediately after a label is created.
A shipping label being created does not always mean the package has already been scanned by the carrier.
4. Domestic U.S. Shipping
We offer shipping within the United States.
Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $6.95, unless a different rate is shown at checkout.
Free shipping may be available during limited-time promotions, special offers, or qualifying campaigns. Free shipping is not guaranteed on every order and only applies when clearly shown on our website, in a promotion, or at checkout.
Shipping rates, free shipping offers, and promotional shipping terms may change at any time without notice.
Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after processing.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless the shipping carrier specifically provides a guaranteed service.
5. Promotional Free Shipping
From time to time, LXPERFUME may offer free shipping as part of a promotion.
Promotional free shipping may be limited by order value, location, product type, date, discount code, customer eligibility, or other conditions stated in the offer.
If a free shipping promotion is active, the promotion must be applied correctly at checkout. If free shipping is not shown at checkout, the order may not qualify for that promotion.
Promotional free shipping cannot always be applied after an order has already been placed.
If a customer returns an order that received promotional free shipping, any original shipping cost paid by LXPERFUME may be considered when calculating refunds, unless required otherwise by law.
6. Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for an additional cost.
Expedited shipping only affects the shipping method selected after the order is processed. It does not always shorten the order processing time unless clearly stated.
If expedited shipping is unavailable for a product, address, carrier, fragrance restriction, or destination, we may contact you or adjust the available shipping options.
7. Fragrance Shipping Restrictions
Because LXPERFUME sells fragrance products, some shipments may be subject to carrier restrictions, fragrance shipping rules, alcohol-based product rules, or hazardous material handling requirements.
Certain fragrance products may be required to ship by ground transportation only, depending on the carrier, destination, package size, product type, or applicable shipping rules.
Shipping options shown at checkout may be limited based on product type, carrier availability, destination, or legal shipping restrictions.
We reserve the right to change the shipping method when necessary to comply with carrier rules, safety requirements, fragrance shipping restrictions, or applicable law.
8. International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations when available at checkout.
International shipping rates and delivery estimates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
International delivery usually takes 7 to 21 business days after processing, but delivery may take longer because of customs inspections, carrier delays, local delivery conditions, holidays, weather, destination-country rules, or other factors outside of our control.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, inspection fees, or other charges required by the destination country. These charges are not included in the checkout total unless clearly stated and are the customer’s responsibility.
LXPERFUME is not responsible for delays caused by customs, unpaid customs charges, import restrictions, customs holds, or destination-country delivery issues.
If an international package is refused, abandoned, returned, or destroyed because of unpaid customs charges, import restrictions, or failure to collect the package, LXPERFUME may not be able to provide a full refund.
9. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Please double-check your name, street address, apartment or suite number, city, state, ZIP code, country, and email address before placing your order.

We will do our best to update the address before fulfillment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has started processing, been fulfilled, or shipped.
LXPERFUME is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
10. Apartment, Suite, Building, and Business Addresses
If your delivery address includes an apartment, suite, unit, floor, business name, gate code, mailroom, front desk, or building instructions, you are responsible for entering that information correctly at checkout.
LXPERFUME is not responsible for failed delivery, delayed delivery, returned packages, or lost packages caused by missing apartment numbers, incorrect suite numbers, locked buildings, unavailable reception desks, or incomplete delivery information.
11. Failed Delivery, Returned Packages, and Refused Packages
If a package is returned to LXPERFUME because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, refused delivery, unpaid customs charges, failed delivery attempts, carrier hold expiration, or failure to pick up the package, we may contact you to arrange reshipment when possible.
Additional shipping charges may apply.
If a refund is approved for a returned package, original shipping charges, return shipping costs, carrier fees, customs-related fees, and any non-refundable costs may be deducted from the refund unless required by law.
If a package is returned in damaged, opened, missing, or unacceptable condition, the refund may be reduced or denied depending on the condition of the returned item.
12. Lost, Delayed, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Once your package leaves our facility and is accepted by the shipping carrier, the carrier is responsible for transportation and delivery.
If your order is delayed, lost, marked delivered but not received, damaged in transit, or appears stolen, please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking information.
We are happy to assist when possible, but LXPERFUME is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, incorrect delivery scans, delivery to the wrong address by the carrier, or packages marked delivered by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please keep the product, packaging, shipping box, packing materials, and shipping label. Contact us as soon as possible with clear photos so we can review the issue.
13. Packages Marked Delivered
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check your mailbox, parcel locker, front door, side door, porch, building mailroom, front desk, neighbors, household members, and local carrier office.
Some carriers may mark a package delivered before the package is physically placed at the final delivery location.
If the package still cannot be found, contact the carrier directly using the tracking number.
LXPERFUME is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier, but we will do our best to assist you with the next steps.
14. Delivery Locations
Deliveries may be made to your mailbox, parcel locker, front door, side door, porch, building mailroom, reception desk, leasing office, business front desk, or another delivery location used by the carrier.
Signature requirements may vary depending on the carrier, shipping method, order value, destination, or delivery risk.
Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location.
15. Shipping Restrictions
Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on fragrance regulations, alcohol content, destination, carrier rules, package size, transportation method, local laws, or international import restrictions.
If we are unable to ship to your location, we may cancel the order and issue a refund for the unshipped item.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, modify, or delay shipment if we believe the shipment cannot be completed safely, legally, or according to carrier requirements.
16. Carrier Selection
LXPERFUME may use different shipping carriers depending on destination, shipping method, package size, product type, service availability, and carrier rules.
The carrier shown at checkout or on the tracking page may vary depending on fulfillment needs.
We reserve the right to choose or change the carrier when necessary to complete delivery, comply with restrictions, or improve shipment handling.
17. Shipping Delays
Shipping delays may occur because of weather, holidays, high carrier volume, customs, incorrect addresses, carrier disruptions, natural events, product restrictions, transportation delays, safety requirements, or other circumstances outside of our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier after the package has been shipped.
If an order cannot be shipped within the stated processing time because of an issue on our side, we may contact you with an update. Depending on the situation, you may be offered the option to wait, modify the order, or cancel for a refund of the unshipped item.
18. Order Changes After Shipping
Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address, shipping method, delivery location, delivery instructions, product selection, or customer information.
Customers may be able to request changes directly through the carrier, depending on the carrier’s available options.
Any carrier fees related to address correction, delivery intercept, redelivery, package hold, or rerouting are the customer’s responsibility unless required otherwise by law.
19. Multiple Shipments
In some cases, an order may be shipped in multiple packages.
If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Items may arrive on different days depending on fulfillment, carrier handling, product availability, and shipping restrictions.
20. Preorders, Backorders, and Out-of-Stock Items
If LXPERFUME offers preorders or backorders, the estimated shipping time will be listed when available.
Preorder and backorder shipping dates are estimates and may change because of supplier delays, production delays, inventory delays, or other circumstances.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may contact you to offer a replacement, waitlist option, partial refund, full refund, or order cancellation.
21. Undeliverable Orders
If the carrier determines that an address is undeliverable, the package may be returned to LXPERFUME or disposed of according to carrier rules.
Undeliverable orders may be subject to additional shipping fees, return fees, carrier fees, or deductions from any approved refund.
22. Holiday and Promotion Shipping
During holidays, seasonal sales, major promotions, product launches, and high-volume periods, processing and delivery times may be longer than normal.
We recommend placing orders early during busy seasons to allow enough time for processing and delivery.
Promotional shipping estimates are not guarantees unless clearly stated as guaranteed by the carrier.
