Returns & Refunds — 30-Day Guarantee

Effective date: July 10, 2026

Every LXPERFUME order comes with a 30-day return window. If you are not happy with your fragrance, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Love it or return it

You are welcome to try your fragrance. Opened bottles can be returned within 30 days as long as the bottle is at least 80% full and returned with its original packaging.

How to start a return

Email lxperfume.mi@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without requesting a return first cannot be accepted.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in that case we cover it.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and we will make it right with a free replacement or a full refund — at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card provider, as processing times vary. Still nothing? Email us and we will track it down.
