Any third-party brand names, fragrance names, or trademarks that may appear on our website are the property of their respective owners and are used only for lawful descriptive comparison purposes when needed to help customers understand a general scent style, fragrance family, or scent direction.

Once an order is shipped, LXPERFUME is not responsible for carrier delays, missed delivery attempts, packages marked delivered by the carrier, lost packages caused by incorrect addresses, or delivery issues outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
10. Address Accuracy
Please carefully review your shipping address before placing an order. If you enter an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, your order may be delayed, returned, or lost.
If a package is shipped to the address provided by the customer, LXPERFUME cannot guarantee a refund, replacement, or reshipment.
If you notice an address mistake after placing an order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order begins processing.
