Processing times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
Domestic (U.S.) shipping

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $75 or more.

Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $4.95.

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

Expedited options are available at checkout for an additional cost.

Deliveries are made to your mailbox or doorstep; signature requirements may vary depending on the carrier.
International shipping

We ship worldwide! Rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees that are not included in the checkout total. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Please allow 7–21 business days for international delivery after processing.
Address accuracy
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at [insert support email or phone number], and we’ll do our best to update it before fulfilment. We aren’t responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or damaged packages
Once your package leaves our warehouse, the carrier is responsible for delivery. If your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please file a claim with the carrier using your tracking information. We’re happy to assist if you need further help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be lightly used and in their original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return; we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label. Note: at this time, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
