Shipping Policy

Processing times
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Domestic (U.S.) shipping

• We offer free shipping on U.S. orders of $50 or more - applied automatically at checkout.
• Orders under $50 ship from $7.99.
• Standard delivery typically takes 3-8business days after processing.
• Economy and Standard delivery options are shown at checkout.
• Deliveries are made to your mailbox or doorstep; signature requirements may vary depending on the carrier.

International shipping

• We ship internationally to 27 countries - including the UK, most of the EU, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the UAE, Israel, Norway and Switzerland. Rates (USPS or DHL Express) and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
• International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees that are not included in the checkout total. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
• Please allow 7-21 business days for international delivery after processing.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at lxperfume.mi@gmail.com and we'll do our best to update it before fulfilment. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or damaged packages
Once your package leaves our warehouse, the carrier is responsible for delivery. If your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please file a claim with the carrier using your tracking information. We're happy to assist if you need further help.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be lightly used and in their original packaging. Contact us at lxperfume.mi@gmail.com to initiate a return and we'll provide instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
