That is exactly what it was built to do. Free Spirit was composed to land in the same register as YSL's Libre, at 30% extrait de parfum — roughly double the fragrance oil of a designer eau de parfum. What does it actually smell like?
An hour in, jasmine and lavender and orange blossom take over. This is the fragrance people actually meet.
Is this a Libre dupe?
Most people call it that, and we are comfortable with the word. What you are buying is an original LXPERFUME composition built to sit in the same scent register as YSL's Libre at extrait strength — sold openly under our own name, in our own bottle, at $34.99. We compose rather than copy, which is why our name goes on the front and why we will take it back for thirty days if it is not for you.
How long will it last?
Six to eight hours, and often past midnight on fabric. Extrait de parfum carries 30% fragrance oil — about twice a typical designer eau de parfum — so it is still working long after a lighter concentration has gone. Spray it on moisturised skin at the pulse points and you will get the full arc.
